1、 The notice was originally scheduled to work on February 3, now changed to rework on February 12

Please make relevant preparations, and make full preparations for personal epidemic prevention articles. In case of new delayed rework or other forms of work arrangement due to uncertain factors of epidemic situation, the company will give a further notice.

2、 The heads of all departments are requested to give notice of the extension of leave and prevention of epidemic situation, and arrange the personnel on duty during the leave.

3、 Inform the employees of Hubei nationality who have recently passed or stayed in Hubei to postpone to work, and the specific time will be notified by the government.

4、 Inform the employees who have returned to Guangdong, who have recently passed or stayed in Hubei, and who have been visited by Hubei relatives, to register at the community workstation in their jurisdiction. And isolated at home for 14 days

5、 Inform partners everywhere, and try to avoid parties and group activities. If you have to go out, it is recommended to wear a mask. Pay attention to the environment and personal hygiene, keep the house well ventilated, wash hands frequently and do not spit everywhere. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or sleeve elbow when sneezing or coughing.

6、 Inform the employees who have returned to the dormitory of the company that they should first register at the security office for temperature examination before they can move in the dormitory.
